We offer home care nursing to each individual’s needs in the comfort of their own homes. Hands of Grace are managed by a Professional nurse who monitor and supervise care in each individual’s home as required and needed.

Meals - assistance with preparation, shopping, cooking and feeding.

Etes - hulp met voorbereiding, inkopies, kook en voeding.

Transportation - accompany to town, doctor, shopping and errands.

Vervoer - vergesel na dorp, dokter, inkopies en take

General domestic chores - making of bed, washing of clothes, and washing dishes.

Algemene huishoudelike take - opmaak van bed, was van klere en skottelgoed.

Care management – exercise in or out of bed, sit in chair as well as assistance with mobilisation and walking.
